Starting in 1993 as a commercial real estate appraiser, Jorge has handled property valuations ranging from thousands to millions of dollars—building a solid foundation in both commercial and residential markets.
In 1996, he earned his real estate license and found his true calling: helping first-time buyers achieve the dream of homeownership. With a strong background in government programs and a passion for guiding clients through every step of the process, Jorge has helped countless families purchase their first home with confidence.
From 2003 to 2008, Jorge owned and operated a mortgage company, gaining in-depth knowledge of the financing side of real estate. This unique combination of experience in appraisals, real estate sales, and mortgage lending gives his clients a valuable advantage in today’s complex market.
Jorge holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geophysical Engineering and currently works with Miami Premier Realty. Known for his friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable style, he is dedicated to helping people navigate their real estate journey—especially those buying a home for the very first time.
